Made a fried chicken sandwich topped with Japanese curry

    Was inspired by Ethan Chlebowski “Chicken Katsu Curry Sandwich” he posted on YouTube few months ago.

    Chicken was seasoned with s+p and garlic powder for a few hours. Double dredged.

    Curry is Japanese cubes, with potato, onion, and carrots. Blended until smooth.

    Slaw is cabbage, ginger, apple, mayo, s+p, and sesame oil.

    Quick pickles is Kenji’s from Serious Eats recipe. Rice vinegar, water, sugar, salt. Should probably slice with mandolin but didn’t feel like cleaning it tonight. Probably not in solution for longer than 5 mins but a girl needed them now. Rest is in the fridge for later sandwiches/meals.
