And if so how do you use them and tell me why you love them?
They give McDonald’s onions and I like to add it to anything from eggs, rice, veggies, stir fry’s, etc.
I used it in tonight’s dinner with steamed green beans and mashed potatoes. AMAZING!

I absolutely love them. I use them most often in soups and sauces where you want flavor (that isn’t salty like a lot of onion powder is) but also don’t want the chunk or chew of fresh onions. Also A+ in things like meatloaf.
…I just buy onions and chop as I go. (I steam them with my potatoes)
Never thought about using dehydrated onions.
I use them in my burgers, I use the spice grinder to turn it into powder together with large sea salt crystal and black peppercorns, and it gives me more options (and retains more flavor)
It is a tasty and crunchy if you did what I did. But hell yes love them
I love them! I put them in burgers, in soups, I use them when I’m doing a “quick/easy” version of chili or stroganoff or something similar instead of chopping fresh ingredients. I haven’t yet done them rehydrated on burgers bc I love full-flavored raw onions too much but I will.
LOVE!!!! coated my chuck roast for pot roast in these bad boys… delicious
they’re the best dehydrated onions I’ve found. If anyone knows better let me know.
Throw a handful into rice before you cook it. Even better use chicken broth instead of water (Better than Bullion is perfect).
So this is pretty much exactly what McDonald’s uses on their burgers. Dump this into COLD water. Toss it in the fridge for 6 hours or so. Delicious Rehydrated onions.
Ngl I have absolutely popped a handful of them dry on many occasion. Good stuff.
I use Badia
No, I have not.
I make a smoked salmon spread where I soak these in lemon juice over night and then whip creme cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream together, add dill weed, paprika and the onions and about 50% by volume smoked coho. It’s very popular.
Those are my toenail clippings, glad you enjoy them
Omg the possibilities are endless thank you for this
