Rather than layering slices sometimes its nice to roll them up so it is airy rather than dense, helps offset denser breads like bagels or toast.

Also really enjoying this slicing stand, you set the thickness then slice along the top

  1. Home made everything bagel
    1. buttered then threw in air fryer to toast
  2. Boar's head maple honey turkey
  3. Pepperjack cheese slice
  4. Fresh block shredded sharp cheddar
  5. Someone else made a chopped salad for lunch…. so I stole some spoon fulls
    1. chopped Lettuce
    2. chopped Raddish
    3. chopped Cabbage
    4. chopped Apples
    5. chopped yellow bell pepper
    6. chopped carrots
    7. Fiji apple dressing

Folded/rolled is always better than flat layers.

Full support of rolled deli meat, I think the sandwich both tastes better and requires less of the ingredient. It’s how I make all of my homemade sandwiches.

Ya I always fold the slices myself. For some reason it’s better that way lol

I’ve been partial to more carving board style meats for my sandwiches lately
