

Had a little leftover brisket from an earlier cook. I chopped it with cream cheese, cheddar, green chilies and then battered in a hush puppy mix to fry. Was a big hit at my tailgate today.
I liked it but I want to get more hush puppy on there. I might try pre balling and freezing them before battering and frying

Freezing the balls then bartering will solve your issue. Those look fucking amazing
