    What is Ciguida Bread? I’m honestly asking: I’m from Italy, and I’ve never heard of it, so I assume it must be a regional specialty.

    Regardless, it looks quite tasty.

    Pork fat in Italian is called strutto
    Usually is near the butter at supermarkets.

    I can’t edit my original post! It’s bread baked with pork fat that’s been rendered down to just the meaty bits.
