I had some leftover mushrooms and bread, so figured I would toast the slices, sautéed the mushrooms with garlic and olive oil, and threw some parsley on top.
Not sure if this is an actual “dish” or just a snack I invented. Tasted good though.

Also, what are y'all's thoughts on cheese here? Sacrilege?
