1 cup of Arborio rice
Approx. 100 grams of brown mushrooms
1 cup worth of DRIED shitake mushrooms
4 – 6 cups of broth (chicken or veggie) depending if you’re making the shitake broth
1/2 cup of white wine
5 garlic cloves (minced)
1 medium shallot (diced)
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
About 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese ( Add more if you want it cheesy! )
