This easy lentil recipe is packed with protein, iron, and nutrients, making it a healthy and satisfying meal for any day. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or even meal prep, this lentil dish is simple to cook, flavorful, and absolutely mouth-watering.

In this video, we’ll show you step-by-step how to cook lentils with potatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms, and pomegranate paste for a unique Persian twist. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this recipe is perfect for anyone looking for healthy, easy, and tasty vegetarian & vegan meals.

Ingredients 👇🏻
2 cups cooked lentils
1 onion
2 potatoes
3 cloves garlic
10 mushrooms
3 tablespoons pomegranate paste
2 tablespoons flour
Hot Water as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil

Instructions👇🏻

1.Grate one onion, then add it to a pan with some oil.

2.Dice two potatoes and add them to the pan (Sauté lightly).

3.Season with salt, black pepper, and turmeric.

4.Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and add them to the pan.

5.Slice 10 mushrooms. In a separate pan, sauté them over high heat with a little oil, then add to the potatoes and onion mixture.

6.Add 2 cups of cooked lentils to the pan.

7.Stir in 3 tablespoons of pomegranate paste.

8.Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with water and add to the pan.

9.Reduce the heat and let everything simmer until well combined and flavorful.

10. Garnish with Golpar and serve.
