🥩 Ingredients:
For 4–5 people
For the marinade:
Boneless beef or chicken – 500g (cut into medium cubes)
Yogurt – ½ cup
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp (optional for softness)
Green chili paste – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp

1. Marinate:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add the meat cubes and coat well.
