Had to harvest due to incoming frost. Had several habaneros that were starting to ripen, plus my second two habs/one stem specimen. The first picture was taken about 48 hours before the 2nd, and all the other habs I put on that window sill ripened very nicely.

Impressive! That looks totally green! I’ve found that the only ones that ripen on my window sill are those that have already started to slightly change colour on the plant. I’m jealous!
Please report back on how it tastes. I’ve been concerned ones that ripen off the plant might be bitter or have less heat. Id love to be wrong!
