    * 2 chicken breast fillets
    * 1 tbsp sesame oil
    * 1 tsp hot paprika powder
    * Salt & freshly ground pepper
    * 4 slices of toast bread
    * 1 tbsp herb butter
    * 2 slices cheddar
    * 2 slices gouda
    * 4–6 lettuce leaves
    * ½ onion (thinly sliced into rings)
    * 1–2 fresh chilies (sliced into rings)
    * 1 tbsp chili honey

    # Preparation

    **Marinate the chicken:**
    Mix sesame oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
    Coat the chicken breasts and let them sit briefly.

    **Grill:**
    Preheat the grill.
    Grill the chicken breasts for about 6 minutes until cooked through and juicy.
    Remove and let rest briefly.

    **Prepare the toast:**
    Toast 2 slices for 2 minutes.
    Spread with herb butter.
