Four day prep

    Breakfast is yogurt with peanut butter, topped with berries, and will be finished with (not pictured) granola.

    Lunch is pan seared chicken, sautéed mushrooms and green beans, and roasted mini red potatoes.

    Dinner is turkey burgers, which I will cook individually because it only takes a few minutes, done up in lettuce wraps, served with tomatoes and roasted sweet potatoes.

    I’m trying to get my eating back in check, but am avoiding counting calories. I have a general idea that this is all somewhere around ~1500 calories, which will give me room for a protein shake before the gym and some snacks when I’m feeling it.

    Great. Now it’s midnight and I have a craving for yogurt and berries. Good haul!
