    Recipes for my lunch and dinner:

    Mushroom Turkey Noodles:
    2 lbs of ground turkey,
    can of cream of mushroom,
    1 cup of half and half,
    16 oz of fettucine pasta,
    a bag of baby spinach

    Chicken n Broccoli:
    2.5lbs of chicken breasts,
    2.5 cups of quinoa,
    3 mini bags of steamed broccoli,
    1 bell pepper
