9/10 if eaten after 11am. No place for garlic before then. Looks really good

Do you provide a takeaway service.

If you washed it down with a cup of breakfast tea that’s a 10.

What’s the name of the potato-y item under the eggs?

I like how there’s too much for the plate, proper way to do a fry up

My goodness, 11/10. Solid bean dam, thick black pudding, the mushrooms and tomatoes are spot on and a solid top egg. Take my hat off to you.

Some nice looking hockey pucks you got there

Egg yolks for colour and quality – 10/10.

Black pudding for quality 8/10. (The best of black pudding should have quite a fine grain to it, zero coarse white lumps. Black only )

The size of those puds is what makes this a breakaway winner. One of the best looking fryups I’ve seen on here.

Ah, that’s our secret weapon. We call it the crispy hash brown nest.

  11. Props for using the bangers as a wall to prevent the beans from moistening everything else.

Sausage as a breakwater, fantastic job

I can’t complain about any of this. Just sub out the beans and black pudding for my preference. Beautiful tomatoes , mushrooms, eggs, hash browns look lush, nice toast and bacon. Sausages look dreamy.

  15. Saw this and I went light headed, looks amazing! I don’t usually like tomatoes but these look awesome. The fried bread is lush the hashes are exceptional 12/10

The humble hash brown, a loyal companion to any fry up.
