New to the sub. Here’s a recent smoke: Bacon Explosion!

As the description states. I just joined the sub, so I thought I’d post something I made recently.

Smoked on my old CABELAS branded CampChef modded to the newer PID controller.

Smoked at 250 for 3.5 hours.
