My parents were dealers in collectible books, and they ran across this one in the early 80s. It’s privately published and long out of print, but it contains hundreds of recipes compiled from family collections, charity and church cookbooks, etc. Some of them are showing their age, but some are very good.

I recommend the South American Chicken and Rice, Baked Lentils with Cheese, Gumdrop Cookies, and Bourbon Balls Cookies.

This book is available on Amazon pretty frequently, and online for free at [https://archive.org/details/collectionofvery0000unse](https://archive.org/details/collectionofvery0000unse) (registration required).

Hi! My name is Ripley and I’m becoming a cookbook addict. This is the 3rd cook book this month that I’ve had to buy after seeing it on here. I can’t wait to get this one in the mail. Thank you!!!!!! Lol
