  2. I'm fine with the first sauce recipe, but if I'm buying ketchup and hot sauce and worchestershire sauce for the second sauce, why wouldn't I just buy the barbecue sauce…

  3. Yummy, but a bit too fancy for a lay person like me – I only have an old Westinghouse gas oven. No smoker or su vee (is that how you spell it?) to speak of.
