This list is not comprehensive.<\/p>\n<p>Now open<\/p>\n<p>Red: Italian<\/p>\n<p>Red: Italian offers comfort Italian food in a speakeasy atmosphere, with seating limited to just 50 guests. Menu items include pasta dishes such as lasagna and gnocchi along with steak, sea bass and chicken plates, like chicken piccata.<\/p>\n<p>The Muse Nail &amp; Lashes<\/p>\n<p>The nail care salon offers manicures, pedicures, dip polishes and gel polishes. Other offerings include nail design, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, waxing services and there is also a menu for child-friendly services.<\/p>\n<p>Third Bend Studio<\/p>\n<p>The center functions as a preschool from 7:45 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and provides after school activities for children ages 3-10 from 2:30-5:30 p.m. Third Bend Studio has spaces for drawing, reading and an outdoor play area with yard games.<\/p>\n<p>The Pony<\/p>\n<p>The space includes a from-scratch restaurant, a cocktail bar, a pottery studio and a stage for live music on the weekend. Some menu items include fresh olive oil tastings, prosciutto and melon bites, meatball sandwiches, pizzas like the prosciutto and stracciatella.<\/p>\n<p>Coming soon<\/p>\n<p>Launch Family Entertainment<\/p>\n<p>The entertainment destination will have attractions, interactive games and dining options that include pizzas, nachos and wings. An air basketball arena, dodgeball, soft play area, trampoline courts and bouldering wall will also be some of the attractions at the center.<\/p>\n<p>Bezos Academy<\/p>\n<p>The preschool, which will have a Montessori-style curriculum, will be a tuition-free institution, including meals and materials. It will serve 120 children ages 3-5 across six classrooms and will be located on land owned by Texas Woman\u2019s University.<\/p>\n<p>The Altar<\/p>\n<p>The gathering space will host events that are meaningful and uplifting. Spaces are open to retailers who offer spiritual guidance services; therapy and counseling; massages and energy work; and practices that include sound meditation and breathwork.<\/p>\n<p>Dogtopia<\/p>\n<p>Dogtopia offers boarding and day care services, where pet owners can drop their dogs off for the afternoon for socialization and play. Other services include grooming and spa treatments.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s next\u2014Permits filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/p>\n<p>Panda Express<\/p>\n<p>The fast casual Chinese restaurant offers orange chicken, broccoli beef, honey walnut shrimp and more. Construction is projected to start in June next year and be completed in 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Action Behavior Centers<\/p>\n<p>The business provides applied behavior analysis therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Construction on the 4,621 square-foot space is set to be completed by Dec. 31.<\/p>\n<p>James Avery Artisan Jewelry<\/p>\n<p>The jewelry store offers quality rings, necklaces, bracelets and charms. Construction to update the space is expected to start Sept. 28 and finish by Jan. 11, 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Bank OZK<\/p>\n<p>Bank OZK offers financial services like personal loans, checking and savings accounts and home lending. It will open where the old Lone Spur Cafe was and construction will be completed in December 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Relocations<\/p>\n<p>The Brown Thumb<\/p>\n<p>The business was located at 211 Cedar St. but moved to the space formerly occupied by Black Fox Brewing Co at the beginning of August. The Brown Thumb sells a variety of plants as well as matcha and coffee and celebrated its five-year anniversary in the new space.<\/p>\n<p>In the news<\/p>\n<p>Club 13 Pickleball<\/p>\n<p>ATP Pickleball Club changed its name to Club 13 Pickleball in July, following a change of ownership in January.
