In its Instagram post, the owners of K St. Kitchen wrote that the dining space is getting a &#8220;complete transformation to bring (customers) a fresh new vibe and even bolder flavors.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The restaurant is currently open for business, according to its social media pages. Food is also available for carry-out, according to the website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">K St. Kitchen focuses specifically on northern Vietnamese food. It offers a grilled chicken plate with white rice, cucumbers, tomato, and pickled vegetables; a shrimp and crab tomato noodle bowl; and chicken pho, according to its online menu. The restaurant also serves a Bun Cha Hanoi platter, with sliced pork, grilled pork meatballs, an egg roll, vegetables and vermicelli noodles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Koja Kitchen abruptly closed July 2, according to previous reporting from The Sacramento Bee. The Korean-Japanese restaurant was best known for its Koja burgers, a garlic-fried-rice bun sandwich with Korean BBQ meat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;Same address, but completely new.
