On Main Street in Littleton, Tall Provisions is creating a dining experience that combines fresh, locally sourced ingredients with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. <\/p>\n

Adam and Lori Alderin, who moved to Littleton in 2015, first ran the iconic Beal House before opening Tall Provisions in a smaller downtown space with big windows and exposed brick. <\/p>\n

“You know, I think our regulars know it’s not a special occasion place, but Beal House had that reputation,” Lori Alderin said. “We just want people to be comfortable and enjoy their time.”<\/p>\n

The menu at Tall Provisions is intentionally small, changes often and is built around fresh, seasonal ingredients. Adam Alderin emphasized the importance of sourcing quality ingredients. <\/p>\n

“Ingredients are the most important thing to us here. Our menu is changing a lot because of what we can get our hands on. I think that drives our menu here more than anything else,” he said. <\/p>\n

The restaurant’s approach is to present simple yet flavorful dishes with thoughtful presentations. “I think that we’ve tried to present simplistic food in many ways,” Adam Alderin said. <\/p>\n

Lori Alderin acknowledged the challenge of balancing quality with accessibility and said they avoid feeling overly exclusive or elevated. <\/p>\n

This balance resonates with their customers. <\/p>\n

“We love going out to breweries, but when we want a slightly nicer meal, this is the spot,” one diner said. <\/p>\n

For many, the restaurant offers a meal that feels special without requiring a special occasion. <\/p>\n

In a small restaurant, familiar faces matter. “I think one of the things that I love the most, in all sincerity, is just how homey Adam and Lori are,” a customer said. “And I don’t have to cook dinner for my family.”<\/p>\n
