Mark Laport, president and chief executive officer of Concord Hospitality, said the property appeals to modern travelers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"42BDOU6OPZHXTDRAE6UVKTVTLY\">\u201cThe Union Hotel represents the kind of destination travelers are increasingly seeking \u2014 one that delivers authentic character, elevated hospitality, and an experience that feels deeply connected to its history and surroundings,\u201d Laport said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"PQ7XM5YNIRH6VHKCV5VZAF6C5M\">Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio will lead the culinary program. Jersey Prime will serve as a modern Italian steakhouse featuring steaks dry-aged in-house, house-made pastas, seafood, a raw bar and handcrafted cocktails. FIELDHOUSE SOCIAL, an entertainment venue featuring duckpin bowling, golf simulators, darts, shuffleboard and self-service beverage walls, will open later this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"CG2PZDX2S5HHBON4B3NJTRANVM\">The hotel will also accommodate weddings, corporate retreats and other events with flexible spaces for up to 140 guests and two breakout rooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"6WGSXIRB7ZCJBLI3PQLHBLUSIU\">Reservations can be made at www.unionhotelnj.com.
