(Submitted Photo\/DigitalFreePress)<\/p>\n<p>Staff Reports | Business &amp; Commerce<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Found at the entrance to the Luxe Wing at Scottsdale Fashion Square, Nobu Scottsdale offers guests a dining experience rooted in the Japanese philosophy of omotenashi, or wholehearted hospitality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recognition of Arizona Restaurant Week, from Sept. 18-27, Nobu Scottsdale chefs have curated a menu featuring several of the restaurant\u2019s signature dishes. Guests dining beneath a 15-foot skylight can enjoy offerings including Black Cod with Miso and Yellowtail Jalape\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three-course menu includes a starter, entr\u00e9e and dessert. Additional selections include Rock Shrimp Tempura, sashimi with Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna and Mini Semifreddo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests may also explore recommended beverage pairings for each course, including a Pina Martini with the first course, Matsuhisa Private Selection Pinot Noir with the second course and a Qui Espresso with dessert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The limited-time Arizona Restaurant Week menu is available for $55 per person.
