Dallas-based restaurant Hudson House plans to expand in Houston with a third location, according to project details filed with the state.<\/p>\n
The American seafood restaurant chose\u00a0Memorial Greenside, a new retail complex in Memorial City, as the site of its new location. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing shows it\u00a0would occupy a\u00a06,095-square-foot space at 1085 Gessner Road, Suite 290. The project’s estimated cost is $2 million. Details in TDLR filings are subject to change.<\/p>\n
Construction is projected to begin Nov. 19, and to be completed by April 4, 2027.<\/p>\n
Hudson House would join several tenants at the 35,000-square-foot retail development, which is expected to open in November. Other announced tenants include Merit Coffee, Tifa Chocolate & Gelato, Epic Cycles, Original ChopShop, Leemoo Health Bar, Solidcore and Pizzana.<\/p>\n
Hudson House is known for its extensive seafood menu and specialty cocktails. The restaurant that first opened in Dallas in 2017 has since opened two locations in Houston with a location in River Oaks and the other in Rice Village.<\/p>\n
