<\/p>\nCHICAGO (WLS) — Three restaurants, all within a mile of each other, were broken into overnight Saturday to Sunday on the city’s Southwest Side, Chicago police said.<\/p>\n

Video captured the damage at La Fuente Restaurant near 59th and Sacramento.<\/p>\n
A similar break-in happened just blocks away, near 59th and California. Police say five people broke into Taqueria Vallarta around 4:15 a.m. Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

Thieves also broke into Lupita’s Snacks near 64th and Western. Police say a cash register with money inside was stolen.<\/p>\n
It was not yet known if the break-ins were connected. Chicago police continue to investigate.<\/p>\n
