Guests can start with shrimp ceviche, croquetas, empanadas, tostones, or the Mambo Platter, which includes pork crackling, ham croquettes, a stuffed potato, corn fritters, beef empanadas, and a Cuban tamale. The sandwich selection includes the Mambo Cubano, made with roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles, as well as pan con bistec and croqueta preparada.
