The picks aren\u2019t ranked. If a restaurant made the list in a previous year, it won\u2019t be on this top 50 list for 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"CDSQPIFCVJACPOUDSPL6LEA64E\">Here are the four restaurants in New York that made the list this year.<\/p>\n<p>Bistrot Ha<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"RO32V5QM3VCX7FZR7SSCJDDDGA\">This restaurant in Manhattan, by chefs Sadie Mae Burns and Anthony Ha, features French, Southeast Asian and Vietnamese cuisine and only opened in February this year. The Times noted that the plates are \u201ceffusive and electric\u201d while the jostling dining room feels \u201cessential and alive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meju<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"PJUDOJ6BLNHLXMDEO2GLW5P77Y\">Chef Jooni Kim looks to the past with this Korean restaurant in Long Island City, Queens. It considers itself a traditional Korean fermentation restaurant that has earned three Michelin stars. <\/p>\n<p>Yamada<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"2BIXVE5E75CZLL7YZOSXMFFUQI\">Chef Isao Yamada offers a 10-course kaiseki tasting menu that is described as a multi-sensory dining experience guided by the principles of seasonality, harmony and mindfulness. The menu blends tradition with innovation rooted in Japanese fundamentals in Yamada\u2019s distinctive style.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"JYNOXMA665FODOG32X4LDDB5IA\">The Times noted that there is no theater and no spectacle \u2014 just close attention paid to place and time. It is located in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>Zoli<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"ZVPJ5AV5PRA3JCZ2DTTZIAVIUM\">Zoli is a new restaurant that opened in April this year and offers American-style seafood on its menu. Chef Ned Baldwin is a fisherman\u2019s son and brings the love of the sea to food.
