Time\/Temperature Control for Safety Food is not maintained at 41\u00b0, or less.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Steak is 45.1 \u00b0F. Time\/Temperature Control for Safety Food is not maintained at 41\u00b0, or less.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Soil residue present on shelving of walk in cooler<\/p>\n<p>Fibber\u2019s Sports Bar and Grille, 327 S. 69th St., Upper Darby:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Food storage containers are not labeled.<\/p>\n<p>The Goat\u2019s Beard, 103 N. Wayne Ave., Wayne:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Observed a can of commercial bug spray and bait in the bar under counter area that is a restricted use pesticide that does not meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I Classification of Pesticides.<\/p>\n<p>A la carte<\/p>\n<p>Most of the violations are handled on the spot, usually by moving or discarding any food in question and cleaning what was found to be dirty, and a few require follow-up visits.<\/p>\n<p>Delaware County presents the inspections with no further comment than above.\u00a0The county also inspects many more facilities than restaurants with liquor licenses.<\/p>\n<p>This week, there were three routine inspections, three follow-ups and one complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Clean bills of health this week:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 ShopRite, 5075 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Hayes Lounge, 201 Hayes St., Chester<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Daily Times\u00a0corrects only grossly improper spelling, capitalization, abbreviation and punctuation from the reports.<\/p>\n<p>Tinicum Township reports through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture website.
