\u2022 PIC is not a Certified Food Protection Manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an accredited program.<\/p>\n
Sophie\u2019s BBQ, 1901 Darby Road, Havertown:<\/p>\n
\u2022 PIC did not demonstrate knowledge of licensing requirements.<\/p>\n
\u2022 PIC Certified Food Protection Manager certificate is expired<\/p>\n
UNO Pizzeria & Grill, 1516 Providence Ave., Chester:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Chicken wings in walk in cooler are 44.4 \u00b0F. Time\/Temperature Control for Safety Food is not maintained at 41\u00b0, or less.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Steak is 45.1 \u00b0F. Time\/Temperature Control for Safety Food is not maintained at 41\u00b0, or less.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Soil residue present on shelving of walk in cooler<\/p>\n
Fibber\u2019s Sports Bar and Grille, 327 S. 69th St., Upper Darby:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Food storage containers are not labeled.<\/p>\n
The Goat\u2019s Beard, 103 N. Wayne Ave., Wayne:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Observed a can of commercial bug spray and bait in the bar under counter area that is a restricted use pesticide that does not meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I Classification of Pesticides.<\/p>\n

Most of the violations are handled on the spot, usually by moving or discarding any food in question and cleaning what was found to be dirty, and a few require follow-up visits.<\/p>\n
Delaware County presents the inspections with no further comment than above.\u00a0The county also inspects many more facilities than restaurants with liquor licenses.<\/p>\n
This week, there were three routine inspections, three follow-ups and one complaint.<\/p>\n

\u2022 ShopRite, 5075 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven<\/p>\n
\u2022 Hayes Lounge, 201 Hayes St., Chester<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Daily Times\u00a0corrects only grossly improper spelling, capitalization, abbreviation and punctuation from the reports.<\/p>\n
Tinicum Township reports through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture website. No inspections were listed for the week.<\/p>\n
Tinicum is the only one of the seven Delaware County townships that doesn\u2019t rely on the county health department for inspections that reports through the state.<\/p>\n
However, the Chester County Health Department inspected three Delaware County-based food trucks and all received an \u201cin compliance.\u201d They were:<\/p>\n
