Now that dream has become reality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Hydes Slydes started off as a food truck and has grown to two brick and mortar stores. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">If you\u2019ve been there before, you know they serve up burgers, sides, and more. If you haven\u2019t, you\u2019ll be able to get a preview of what they have to offer when his spot off of 168th and Q is featured by \u201cAmerica\u2019s Best Restaurants.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The show travels coast to coast, profiling locally owned, independent restaurants. They just hit more than 2,500 videos on their YouTube channel. The show is for social media only, both on the company\u2019s platform and for the restaurants. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cEverything we do is geared towards the restaurant and their Facebook, their social media. The episodes air on their page. All the marketing that we do is based on driving eyeballs to their page,\u201d says COO of America\u2019s Best Restaurants, Doug Smith. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cOmaha is a great food city, I say that all the time. The support in Omaha for food is above and beyond. Especially for local restaurants,\u201d says Owner\/Founder of Hydes Slydes, Nick Hyde.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The social media videos showcase not just the restaurant\u2019s best dishes but tells their story with the goal of showing the community great eateries in their neighborhood. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">You can expect to see America\u2019s Best Restaurant\u2019s \u201cHydes Slydes\u201d edition sometime in February.
