HIGGS Loaded Bacon &amp; Cheddar flavored potato chips sold in five states, including Kentucky, because they might contain soy.<\/p>\n<p>The undeclared allergen, reports the Food &amp; Drug Administration, can pose a serious or even life-threatening risk to those with soy allergies.<\/p>\n<p>Saratoga Potato Chips, based in Fort Wayne, issued the recall initially last September after discovering the labeling issue. The recall is ongoing, according to the FDA.<\/p>\n<p>What to look for on the bag<\/p>\n<p>The FDA urges those with soy allergies to check the packaging for the following labels:<\/p>\n<p>Brand: J. HIGGS potato chips<\/p>\n<p>Flavor: Loaded Bacon and Cheddar <\/p>\n<p>Size: 7.75-ounce packages<\/p>\n<p>Marked (top right corner of the bag):<\/p>\n<p>Best if USED BY DEC 11 26, and;<\/p>\n<p>Best if USED BY DEC 18 26.<\/p>\n<p>Where were the chips sold?<\/p>\n<p>According to the FDA, J. HIGGS potato chips containing soy were sold at Save A Lot stores in these states:<\/p>\n<p>The FDA stated no illnesses or injuries have been reported.<\/p>\n<p>How to get a refund<\/p>\n<p>If you purchased any bags of J.
