Local McDonald\u2019s restaurants, Shoney\u2019s, White Castle, Outback Steakhouse and Applebee\u2019s have announced offers to thank those who have served. Participation and requirements vary by restaurant.<\/p>\n
McDonald\u2019s<\/p>\n
Participating McDonald\u2019s restaurants in the Greater Tennessee Valley, including local Bowling Green locations, are offering veterans and active-duty military members a free breakfast combo on Nov. 11.<\/p>\n
The combo includes a hash brown and a medium soft drink, iced tea or premium roast coffee. Eligible customers must show a valid military ID or arrive in uniform. The offer is available in the restaurant or at the drive-thru, where available.<\/p>\n
Shoney\u2019s<\/p>\n
Shoney\u2019s is offering veterans and active-duty military personnel a free, all-you-care-to-eat Breakfast Fresh Food Bar at participating restaurants on Nov. 11. The offer is available from opening until 11 a.m.<\/p>\n
Breakfast selections may include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. Options vary by location.<\/p>\n
White Castle<\/p>\n
Participating White Castle restaurants are offering veterans and active-duty service members a free individual combo meal or breakfast combo on Nov. 11. A valid military ID is required, and no purchase is necessary.<\/p>\n
Eligible options include combos with up to four Sliders, a small fry and a small soft drink, as well as the Single Slider Breakfast Combo. Combo No. 1 with six Sliders, Combo No. 2 with three Double Cheese Sliders and Share-a-Meals are excluded.<\/p>\n
Outback Steakhouse<\/p>\n
Outback Steakhouse is offering active and retired U.S. military personnel and veterans a free Bloomin\u2019 Onion and beverage at participating locations on Nov. 10 and 11. Guests should identify themselves as eligible to their server, according to the restaurant.<\/p>\n
The offer is available for dine-in and to-go orders placed by phone. The beverage is a Coca-Cola product or, where available and permitted by law, a domestic draft beer for guests 21 and older. Online orders and third-party delivery are excluded.<\/p>\n
Eligible guests who dine in and use a Dine Rewards account at checkout can also receive a free Hero\u2019s Meal reward for a future visit. The reward can be redeemed from Nov. 16, 2026, through May 2, 2027, at participating locations. Outback has a restaurant in Bowling Green.<\/p>\n
Applebee\u2019s<\/p>\n
Veterans and active-duty military members can receive a free entr\u00e9e from a special menu at participating Applebee\u2019s restaurants on Nov. 11. The offer is dine-in only and requires proof of military service. Beverages and gratuity are not included.<\/p>\n
Applebee\u2019s has a restaurant at 100 Max Wagner Drive in Glasgow. Customers should call ahead to confirm that the location is participating.<\/p>\n
Customers should check with their local restaurant to confirm participation and offer details before visiting.<\/p>\n
