Do you make up the voice sound to pretend to be french or something? I notice it is not real, it is pretend.

I use side pork for more texture. Bacon is for Amateurs.And Butter….use Butter for gods sake!

I made boeuf borguigon today and then, unplanned, came across JP and his masterclass on how to do it right. Mine was OK, JP's looks better though. Next time I must remember to consult the master before I enter the kitchen.
