I cannot get over how amazing these mini cinnamon rolls turned out ๐Ÿคค
I took a bite and literally said, No! They cannot be that good!! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Theyโ€™re super easy to make with 2-ingredient dough. You donโ€™t need any yeast or eggs and theyโ€™re ready to eat in about 30 minutes from start to finish ๐Ÿ™Œ

Sound on for full instructions ๐Ÿ”‰

All you need is:

For the dough:
180g Greek yoghurt (I used 0% fat)
150g self raising flour

For the filling:
30g unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

For the glaze:
6 tbsp icing sugar
4 tsp milk (any)

Makes 5 mini cinnamon rolls ๐Ÿฅฐ
I put 4 in a 5โ€ dish and 1 in a ramekin on its own. Swipe to see how good the base of it looked!! ๐Ÿคค

Bake at 160C (fan) for 15 minutes or until the tops are light golden brown

Happy baking everybody! Enjoy โค๏ธ

  1. Iโ€™ve just tried this and they taste very sour because of the Greek yoghurt. I wouldnโ€™t recommend ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ

  2. Fabulous recipe!! Not in the least bit daunting! Baked at 175 for 15 min and came out perfect.

Next time, Iโ€™d reduce the amount of Greek yoghurt as the dough was a little too sticky for handling.

I also added cream cheese to the frosting โ€“ lush!! Love the simplicity of the recipe and the tanginess of it. The sweetness can be controlled with the amount of icing drizzled on top โ€“ perfect! Many thanks for sharing! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

  3. So no oneโ€™s gonna talk about the fact she forgot about the other cinnamon roll and baked off 4?
