  1. Grill the egg plants and smash them.
    Add Tahini, yogurt, cumin powder, black pepper, lemon, salt, fresh garlic, little water. Mix all together, add come ice to make it creamier. Then add grilled egg plant. Mix and serve garnished with olive oil, tomatoes, lemon, pomegranate seeds etc.

  6. "Salata de Vinete " but is different, you have to let the Egg Plant to rest dripp the bitter juice cut onion some will make it with Mayonnaise after but some don't we use sunflower oil, it taste very good
