Begin by buttering up a bread loaf pan. Then, dust the pan with all-purpose flour, making sure to remove any excess. In a mixing bowl, add 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Whisk to combine. Once thoroughly combined, set it aside. In
A small mixing bowl, zest one full orange, reserving one teaspoon of the orange zest. We need 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice. Combine the orange juice and the zest (keeping any pulp for extra flavor). Add 1/4 cup of whole milk and combine. Once evenly incorporated, set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, followed by 6 tablespoons of room temperature unsalted butter. Cream the butter and sugar for about 3 minutes at medium speed. Add two large eggs and mix until well incorporated. Visit kelvinskitchen.com for the full recipe.
Add the flour mixture and the milk mixture to the large bowl and mix just until combined. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Use 1 and 1/2 cups of cranberries, cleaned and rinsed in cold water. Coat the cranberries

Then transfer it to a wire rack and let it cool off completely. While it’s cooling off, make the glaze. In a small mixing bowl, combine a couple of tablespoons of orange juice, one cup of powdered sugar, the one teaspoon of reserved orange zest, and about 2
Tablespoons of orange juice. Mix these ingredients to make the glaze. Adjust the consistency by adding more orange juice if it’s too thick or more powdered sugar if it’s too light. Once the cake has cooled off, pour the glaze all over it, and there you
