I made these today, and yes they came out amazing. However, I would make a few adjustments. 1. Go very easy on the apricot jam. I thought I applied it lightly, but it still ended up oozing out, causing the roses to stick to my pan, obviously making a challenge to get them out. 2. In light of #1, next time I'll use those foil cupcake liners to make it much easier to extract them after baking and to speed cleanup. 3. I'd lower the temp to 350, as the tips of the roses charred just a bit more than I'd have liked. I'll do that next time.
