🍒 It’s cherry season and I’ve been craving them! Cherries are amazing for promoting better sleep, reducing inflammation, and providing a rich source of antioxidants.

RECIPE: Chocolate Cherry Smoothie! Blend the following together in a hi-speed blender
🥛2 Cups Oat Milk (sub any plant-based milk)
🍌1 Frozen Banana (YES you can eat the whole banana, including the nutritious peel)
🍒 2 Cups Dark Sweet Cherries*
🍫 2 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (fair trade if possible)
💪 2 Scoops vegan Chocolate Protein Powder of choice (I used Vega with greens)
🥣 Option to add the meal if you made your own oat or other plant milk
YUM! 😋

*EDIT: I used frozen cherries that are already pitted, if you use fresh make sure to remove the hard inner stone as it contains cyanide that’s poisonous!!

Welcome to Cherry season let’s make this yummy Cherry chocolate smoothie together first I need oat milk so I’m going to power up my almond cow and in less than a minute I have this creamy dreamy oat milk we’re going to use two cups of that a whole frozen banana yes you can eat

The peel 2 cups of dark sweet cherries 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder and two scoops of your favorite vegan chocolate protein powder blend that all up you can also add the oats for making your oat milk just makes it that much creamier and that’s it blend that all together
