What’s up guys today we’re going to be making no-bake biscott millionaires add crush lotus biscuits and melted butter to a bowl and mix until combined spoon this into a baking tray and press down really firmly pop it in the fridge for now for the caramel add condensed milk butter light brown sugar

Salt and golden syrup to a saucepan and stir on a low heat until smooth turn up the heat and bring it to a boil until it reaches the soft ball stage don’t stop stirring pour over your base and smooth it out to the edges then refrigerate for one hour

Add white chocolate and biscuit spread to a bowl then microwave until melted stirring frequently pour over the caramel spread it out then give it a shake for a smooth finish drizzle over melted biscoff’s bread then drag it through with a knife to create a pretty pattern

Let it set in the fridge and that’s it enjoy

  2. Ingredients
    For the base:
    550g Lotus biscuits, finely crushed
    250g butter, melted

    For the caramel:
    1tin (397g) condensed milk
    90g butter
    100g light brown sugar
    2tsp salt
    1tbsp golden syrup

    For the top:
    250g white chocolate
    100g Biscoff spread

    For decoration:
    50g Biscoff spread, melted

    1) Line an 8" baking tin with baking paper.

    2) Add the crushed biscuits and melted butter to a bowl and mix them together until combined.

    3) Pour the mix into your baking tin and press it down firmly, then put it in the fridge.

    4) Add the condensed milk, butter, light brown sugar, salt, and golden syrup to a pan and stir on a low-medium heat until smooth.

    5) Turn it up to a medium-high heat and bring it to a boil, until it reaches the soft ball stage.

    6) Pour the caramel over your base and smooth it out to the edges.

    7) Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    8) For the top, add the white chocolate and Biscoff spread to a bowl and microwave until melted, stirring frequently.

    9) Pour it over the caramel and smooth it out, then give it a shake to make it smooth.

    10) Drizzle the melted Biscoff spread over the top and swirl it through with a knife.

    11) Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.

    12) Enjoy!
