I don’t like that combo at all. Salmon is fatty, want a less fatty side with it to let the salmon shine. Or alternatively, a lass fatty fish or seafood if you really want the Alfredo.

Made salmon (basted with hoisin sauce) and rice tonight. Really was thinking about linguine Alfredo as a side instead, but not with hoisin. Old Bay probably goes great.
