Ingredients

  • 6 cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Vinaigrette (see recipe)

Preparation

  1. Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and, with a teaspoon, remove the seeds. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
  2. In a bowl, combine cucumber slices with salt. Let stand for several hours.
  3. Before serving, drain excess water from the cucumbers and toss them with the vinaigrette.
