Ingredients

  • 1 ounce aquavit
  • ½ ounce Cynar
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon apricot preserves
  • Dry sparkling wine
  • 1 thin strip of celery

Preparation

  1. Combine aquavit, Cynar, juice, syrup and preserves in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with celery, preferably twisted into a corkscrew shape.
