- 1 bottle Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
- 3 coriander seeds
- Grapefruit peel
- 1 bruised mint sprig

- In a rocks glass, add a large ice cube, gin and tonic. Garnish with coriander seeds, mint and grapefruit peel.
