Mango lassi

I love to order a mango lassi when I go out to eat, but it is even more fun to make them at home!

Ingredients (2 servings)

4 mangoes
5 ice cubes
200 ml cold water
1 tbsp honey
300 g plain yogurt
100 ml coconut milk

Step 1

Peel and cut mangoes into cubes.

Step 2

Add mangoes, ice cubes, cold water, honey, and yogurt to blender.

5 ice cubes / 200 ml cold water / 1 tbsp honey / 300 g plain yogurt

Step 3

Blend on high until smooth, approx. 2 – 3 min.

 

Step 4

Add coconut milk and blend to combine, approx. 1 – 2 min. Enjoy immediately.
