Strawberry and blackberry popsicles

These delicious popsicles bring back happy childhood memories of warm summers. Try out whichever kind of fruit you like!

Ingredients (14 servings)

600 g yogurt
80 g confectioner’s sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
250 g strawberries
100 g blackberries

2 measuring cups with a spout (optional), popsicle sticks, hand blender, large bowl, whisk, popsicle molds

Freshly sqeezed orange juice
Freshly squeezed orange juice is not only refreshingly tasty but, thanks to its high vitamin C content, also very healthy. We recommend using juice oranges, two per glass of juice.

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, confectioner’s sugar, and lemon juice. Evenly distribute 1 – 2 tbsp of the yogurt mixture among popsicle molds.

600 g yogurt / 80 g confectioner’s sugar / 2 tbsp lemon juice

Step 2

Next, divide the remainder of the yogurt mixture into two equal halves. Add strawberries to one half and blackberries to the other. Puree until smooth.

250 g strawberries / 100 g blackberries

Step 3

Now, evenly divide the strawberry yogurt mixture among half of popsicle molds and the blackberry yogurt mixture among the rest of the molds. Place one popsicle stick in each mold and then transfer to freezer. Allow to set until frozen, approx. 4 – 5 hours.
