Ingredients
- ¾ cup cocoa
- Few grains
- salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup whipping cream
Preparation
- Combine cocoa, salt and sugar.
- Cream butter and vanilla. Add cream.
- Combine sugar mixture and cream mixture a little at a time, then beat two minutes at high speed with an electric mixer.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Another way to make this butter-cream frosting is to toss all ingredients at once into processor and process about 30 seconds or until perfectly smooth and glossy.
