This is my first sourdough starter/bread experience and I really don’t know what went wrong. I’ve started the starter last week and watched Joshua Weissman’s video on starters and the first couple days were exactly as described in the video. The first jar that I used was not big enough so I put the starter into a new and bigger jar while feeding. Since then my starter just stopped rising. There are still bubbles but just no action otherwise.

I’m feeding it everyday at 7 pm and I do 50g of Rye flour, 50g of all-purpose flour and 100ml of 30°C water.

I really don’t know what went wrong and I dont know if I should continue feeding it or start over because it’s the 10th day now and its still not rising and falling.

Any help is very much appreciated!
