Ingredients:
olive oil
1 brown onion
2 garlic cloves
500g Beef mince
400g can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 TSB ground coriander
1 TSB ground cumin
Pinch cayenne pepper
Packet corn chips
Parmesan Cheese
Salsa
Sour Cream

    Well now I wanna move back home and get mum to cook me nachos!! Looking at the plate is major nostalgia from quick mid week dinners!!!

    Those are some pretty boring nachos tbh. Not even a bit of spicy guacamole or peppers or even just some grinded jalapeños with a sprinkle of crumbled fetta. Not even any beans bro.

    I prefere to use tomatoe paste instead only because i hate chunks of tomatoes😂. But pretty much the same without the spices
