The Easiest recipe, no kneading Olive Bread.
Crusty bread, soft and flavorful inside! No-Knead Mediterranean Olive Bread
INGREDIENTS
500 grams sifted wheat flour
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Yeast 1/4 teaspoon
Chili flakes 1-1,5 teaspoon
Dry thyme 1 teaspoon
180 grams pitted olives (90 green, 90 black)
Warm water 360 ml
Roofing overnight (8-12 hours)
I use Aluminium non-stick baking casserole pan.
Bake 200°C (392°F) 30 minutes in a saucepan with lid and 25-30 minutes without the lid.

An you use bread flour or does it have to be wheat flour?
Could this be made with gluten free flour and psyllium husk?
