  1. Oh dear, Susie! I already have a line of your recipes. *sigh*. OK, taking out the chicken from the freezer right now lol.

  2. Can’t wait. Your salmon soup last week was fantastic!! You have serious cooking talent – no doubt connected to your family history. You know your FLAVORS!

  3. Can i use rice instead of orzo(contains gluten). Thanks in advance!

  4. Made the chicken orzo one pot dish last night for dinner. It was delicious and much appreciated by my other half. Thank you xx

  5. If you would show tasting the food this would be much better than just seeing the pot as your finished product.

  6. Made this recipe this week, got a dinner and two lunches out of it and it was even better the next day! Looking forward to trying ALL your recipes!

  7. Now that’s what I’m talking about… look how pretty it is all colorful. I’ll have to head to the grocery after work to try this meal out. Have a blessed day

  8. Dealing with an autoimmune disease led me to overhauling my entire diet/lifestyle. After a lot of online "research" and chats with other sufferers of autoimmune issues, I was eventually directed to trying out a Mediterranean diet, as most of the foods used within that cuisine are naturally anti-inflammatory. The difference in how I feel from even just 6 months ago is ASTOUNDING, and my family loves all of Suzy's dishes that I've made. I think their favorite dish so far is one that didn't seem to have a name, it was just "Medterranean Style Chicken Thighs" or something like that, but it was voted into our households' normal rotation of family dinners. My children didn't believe that it was something I made, as I'm very new to cooking and still learning a lot of basic techniques.

This Mediterranean Queen has helped me to improve my qualify of life as well as stirring up a new found love for cooking delicious and healthy foods for my family. I'm so thankful for this channel and I can't wait for more videos!! From the bottom of my not-inflamed-anymore heart, THANK YOU SUZY!
