Just found you and so happy I did! I wasn’t even trying to go plant based or “healthy/organic but now I am very interested! I love how you explain all the nutritional information about the foods we eat which is extremely important! Thank you for explaining everything and for the great recipes. Can’t wait to try this salad!
Little tip for those that can't digest raw onions so well. Once cut before adding them to the salat sprinkle first with salt. This makes them way more digestible!
Chopping on a glass board gives me the creeps, especially when the knife hits the glass. 😖🥴
Thank you. I will be trying this with ground lupini beans.
Beautiful salad.
Thank you, I enjoyed your recipe. And come back for more
Folio (my new favorite grain) would make a great Tabbouleh. 🤗
Hello, your recitals are so soothing, as well as informative, I am a great fan.
I am from the Middle East since it is an Arabic word, may I point out: it is "Taboula" the last vowel is a light "a" not "ee". If you care to know :).
the video is too long. prefer less than 10 minutes. had to see this video fast forward
Thanks you so much Miss. I will try this recipe also, the others because, they look pretty fantastic
Thank you for excellent salad. I am feeling the small knife is not safe for your fingers. I believed that you don’t have a kitchen knife
The ingredients listed may well be rich in vitamins, even B vitamins, but no vegetable has vitamin B12. I wonder how adding Greek yogurt to the dressing would work. It would no longer be vegan but it would still be vegetarian and have a source of vitamin B12. I'm also thinking about slicing up a couple of green chilis for some extra kick.
Fantastic information I love the way you explaining every thing.
Thank you
I love this so much I want to eat it daily; is that not good to do or is it something you can eat as many times a week as you’d like?
Hi Evita. What should I use if I don’t want to use oil but still want a fat taste? Thanks!
Can't wait to try this!
