Hastings restaurant set to close after four years

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) – Blue Fork Kitchen in Hastings is set to close, owner Jamey Hamburger confirmed.

“While we’ve cherished every moment with our guests, we haven’t consistently had enough people in our doors to continue operating sustainably,” said Hamburger. “Making this decision was incredibly difficult, but it feels right to close on a positive note, celebrating the memories we’ve shared.”

The restaurant, open for nearly four years in Cimarron Plaza, will close Saturday, Oct. 11.

In the closure announcement, they noted that all Blue Fork Kitchen gift cards will still work at Hamburger’s other business, Odyssey, located in downtown Hastings.
